I recently bought some concealer (damn those bags under my eyes) and was upset when it arrived as it was much darker than the foundation I have in the same brand and that’s labeled as the same color – fair. The response from the maker was: "As for The Eraser in Fair we strictly matched our shades to pair with our foundations and we’re very sorry you do not feel this works for you."
So, tell me, do those look "strictly matched" to you?
