Alzheimer’s Memory Walk
Posted by miri On 22 September, 2007
Allie (Reiser) Haun and Sarah (Blackmore) Wilson – two very different women with two things in common: Alzheimer’s and me. These are my grandmothers. It is for them I will walk. As I walk, I will not remember them as they were when they were in the grips of Alzheimer’s. I will remember them as they were when I was growing up: strong, opinionated, devoted, capable and loving.
Once again, I’ll be doing the Memory Walk in memory of my grandmothers. You can help support me here.
