Another week of meetings at the place with a duck/geese pond. I’m sad that I missed getting a shot of the ducks this morning as they waddled in front of the computer store. (They dispersed before I could get my car parked and my camera out.)

For some reason, I drove to Elgin today. (I was driving back home after getting my hair cut and just kept going.) I walked the main street in their “historic downtown” and took photos. I’ve started posting them here and will probably finish posting the rest of them tomorrow.

This was two hours ago. Now it’s all sun-shiny hot and very steamy.

In a brilliant marketing campaign by the Simspons Movie, a very limited number of 7-Elevens were given Kwik-E-Mart makeovers. I drove to the one in Dallas and it was PACKED!

Sadly, the access road was blocked off, so I couldn’t get a picture of this from the side.
