One of the reasons I love photography is that it helps me keep depression at bay. It gets me out and about and doesn’t let me hole myself up in the house. I had a goal to go on at least one photo-walk every weekend. I didn’t make it this weekend and I spent most of it sleeping. This evening, I realized that it’s been a week since I took a photo.
